Quantuma’s Nick Simmonds and Chris Newell were appointed as joint administrators on 30 January 2026 to oversee the process. The pre-pack deal sees 13 staff transfer to the purchaser, Salty Fingers Limited, under TUPE regulations.
Established in 2018, All Things Greek Limited was well known for The Melusine fish and seafood restaurant based in London’s St Katharine Docks, which focussed on serving fish from the British Isles, with an emphasis on traceability of where the fish was caught.
The business reported turnover of £700k in 2024. However, due to a series of challenging circumstances, including rising costs and a reduction in footfall for its restaurant, All Things Greek had encountered cashflow issues and was unable to restructure outside of a formal insolvency.
Nick Simmonds, joint administrator and managing director at Quantuma, commented:
"I am very pleased to have achieved such a positive outcome for this well-established business, ensuring that 13 employees' jobs have been saved. We are delighted to have secured the long-term viability of the business, allowing it to continue its journey whilst supported by a buyer with the ability to take the business forwards. We wish the team every success in their next chapter."
