Arrangements for the transfer of treatments

We anticipate that there will be an option for clients who have paid for treatments to be able to transfer them to another provider in due course.

What if I do not want to continue my treatments?

The CU companies in the United Kingdom are subject to formal liquidation proceedings. As a consequence it will not be possible to refund you for outstanding treatments.

If you are not willing to transfer your treatment programme and you paid by credit card, you may be able to obtain a refund from your card issuer.

If you are not willing to transfer your treatment programme and you paid by other means, you will need to submit a claim to the liquidators using the following form.

If you are a customer of the following branches: Leeds, Manchester, Ealing  please use the form called ‘Spherality’.   If you are a customer of the Newcastle branch, please use the form called ‘La Gavia’.
